Yes. You log into Seller Flex inside the app on your own computer — we never see or store your Amazon password. Order files, labels and invoices are generated and saved on your local drive. Our servers only store your account details and credit balance. Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
No. Sign in with your existing ViMe account; your credit balance is shared across both apps. Process Vendor Central DF orders in one app and Seller Flex orders in the other, from the same balance.
It records every processed order and its status — “label printed” to “handed over”. You can also pull all your Seller Flex orders (including ones you packed directly on the site) into the board, and it detects shipped orders automatically.
