This policy explains what information ViMe Enterprises collects when you use VC DF Processor, and how it is used. The short version: your order data stays on your computer; our servers hold only your account and billing records.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: GSTIN (verified against the GST registry, including registered legal/trade name and address), contact person name, email address, mobile number and billing address, collected at signup.
- Billing records: your credit balance, recharge history (amount, plan, Razorpay payment reference) and the order IDs charged to your account (used to make reprints free and prevent double-charging). We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- Your Amazon / Vendor Central username or password — you log in inside the app on your own computer, and those credentials never reach our servers.
- Your order documents — labels, invoices, packing slips and customer details are generated and stored on your local drive only.
3. How we use information
To operate your account (login, credits, trial), process recharges and issue GST invoices, provide support (your User ID links you to your records), send service emails such as password-reset codes, and prevent abuse of the Service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without consent.
4. Third parties we rely on
- Razorpay — payment processing (RBI-authorised payment aggregator).
- GST verification provider — your GSTIN is checked against public GST registry data at signup.
- Email delivery provider — for transactional emails such as password-reset codes.
- Cloud hosting — our account server and database are hosted with reputable cloud providers.
5. Data retention & security
Account and billing records are retained while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting law. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; connections use HTTPS; access to our systems is restricted. You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us (billing records may be retained where the law requires).
