These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the VC DF Processor desktop software and related services ("Service") provided by ViMe Enterprises ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VC DF Processor is a desktop application that helps Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfilment vendors process their own orders: fetching order documents, generating combined print packs, MRP labels and dispatch tracking. The Service operates on your computer using your own Vendor Central login; we do not access, store or transmit your Amazon credentials.

2. Accounts & eligibility

The Service is offered to businesses in India. Registration requires a valid GSTIN, business contact details, email and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Each user receives a unique User ID for support purposes.

3. Free trial, credits & payment

• New accounts receive a free trial (currently 5 days) with full functionality.
• After the trial, processing an order consumes 1 prepaid credit. Reprocessing (reprinting) an order already charged to your account is free.
• Credits are purchased through recharge plans listed in the app, billed in INR plus applicable GST (currently 18%), and paid via Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
• Credits have no expiry date and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments charged without credits being delivered are always made good.
• For volumes beyond the listed plans, enterprise pricing is available on request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or tamper with the software or its billing; not to use the Service in violation of Amazon's applicable terms; and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that abuse the Service, tamper with billing, or provide false registration information.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you print and ship (including MRP labels and invoice contents), for compliance with Legal Metrology and tax rules applicable to your products, and for meeting Amazon's dispatch requirements. The Service is a productivity tool and does not replace your own compliance review.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — the app depends on your internet connection, Amazon's Vendor Central portal and third-party services. We may update the software (updates install automatically) and may modify features and pricing; price changes never affect credits already purchased.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViMe Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. Refunds on termination are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
