VC DF Processor is sold as prepaid credits. Please read this policy before purchasing — and use the 5-day free trial first: it is the complete product, with no payment required, so you can fully evaluate the software before spending anything.
Every new account gets a full-featured free trial before any payment is needed. The trial version is identical to the paid product. Please make your purchase decision during the trial.
All credit purchases are final. Once a recharge is completed, no refund is offered — neither full nor partial, and regardless of whether the credits have been used. Please purchase only after evaluating the product on the free trial.
In return, your credits have no expiry date whatsoever. Whether you use them next week or next year, every purchased credit remains in your account until consumed. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — you may pause or stop using the Service at any time and your credits will be waiting when you return.
The only exception: if you are charged but credits are not added to your account (for example a payment-gateway error, or an accidental duplicate payment for the same recharge), contact us with your User ID and payment reference — we will add the credits or return that payment in full, whichever you prefer. Such cases are resolved within 5–10 working days via Razorpay.
